The three degrees of the Craft of Amen Ra mirror the three grades of the ancient Mystery System of Kemet (ancient Egypt) and the three courts of the temple. You move inward as you are prepared to.

How Advancement Works

Four Steps, In Order

    Study

    Complete the curriculum of your present degree in full.

  2. 02

    Service

    Give a work of benefit to your community or your Temple.

  3. 03

    Examination

    Sit with a Warden and account for what you have learned.

  4. 04

    Invitation

    Advancement is extended by the Order. It is never purchased and never requested as a right.

What is public

The curriculum, the reading list, the history, and the standard of conduct.

What is private

The manner of conferral. No signs, grips, passwords, or oaths appear on this site or in any publication of the Order.

What cannot be bought

Every degree beyond the first. There is no price on the Light.
