Who we are

The Craft of Amen Ra ([LEGAL ENTITY]) is an independent initiatic order and religious-educational body. This policy covers craftofamenra.com and the forms published on it.

Age requirement

This site and the Order are for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, write to learn@craftofamenra.com and we will delete it.

What we collect

• Petitions: name, email, phone, location, date of birth, prior initiatic affiliation, spiritual background, your written answer, your affirmation, and how you heard of the Order.
• Study registrations: name, email, phone, location, time zone, chosen cycle, reading history, and referral source.
• Facilitator applications: name, email, phone, city, standing in the Order, facilitation experience, and proposed format.
• Newsletter and interest forms: email, and for pilgrimage, name, phone, and preferred year.
• Contact messages: name, email, subject, and message.
• Analytics: aggregate usage data through the measurement tools listed below.

How we use it

Petition data is used only for membership review: reading your petition, conducting your interview, and placing you in a cohort. Study registration data is used to seat you in the House of Shu and send session details. Newsletter data is used to send the “Scroll of Ma'at.” Contact data is used to answer you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share petition contents outside the Wardens' office and the Grand Master.

Processors we use

Form submissions are stored in the Order's managed database. Payments for Founding Initiate enrollment are handled by our payment processor; we never receive or store your card number. Measurement and messaging tools in use: Google Analytics ([GA4_MEASUREMENT_ID]), Meta Pixel ([META_PIXEL_ID]), and ManyChat ([MANYCHAT_PAGE_ID]).

Retention

Petitions are retained for the duration of your membership and for [RETENTION_PERIOD] afterward. Declined petitions are retained for [DECLINED_RETENTION_PERIOD]. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to learn@craftofamenra.com. Every email from the Order carries an unsubscribe link.

We use cookies for basic site function and for the analytics tools named above. You can block cookies in your browser; the forms will still work.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date. Material changes will also be announced in the “Scroll of Ma'at.”
